This has allowed her to have a deeper understanding and foundation in facial anatomy and aesthetics. With more than 18 years of experience as an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, Aiping’s surgical knowledge, combined with her keen aesthetic judgment, enables her to achieve natural-looking results consistently. Known for both her kindness and patience, Aiping is experienced with all injectable fillers and neurotoxins and administers them with precision and gentleness, causing minimal bruising. Her expertise and aesthetic judgment make her a great favorite with our patients.

Molly is always excited to help patients start their skincare journey! Before joining us at Providence Dermacare, she got her start working as an esthetician for a plastic surgery office in Costa Mesa. She loves seeing transformations in her patient’s skin, knowing she played a role in accomplishing those personal goals, as well as being a part of growing their overall self-confidence. She aims to make you feel relaxed while accessing your skin’s needs. Making new connections, helping patients relax, and seeing the immediate results of a beauty service, are just a few of her favorite things!

Claire has a strong medical background having worked as a Dermatologist in the Philippines. She started at Providence as a licensed esthetician and since has become a Registered Nurse. She has been personally trained by Aiping. Claire is an “Aesthetic RN” specializing in injectables, laser, facials, and skincare. She prides herself on her attention to detail and is constantly striving to learn and grow as a provider. Her warmth and dedication make her a valuable part of our team. We are thankful to have her by our side every day. In Claire’s free time she enjoys playing badminton or golf. Spending time with her family and son, Giancarlo, is important to her.

Dr. Kaidi is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties. He is also an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a clinical assistant professor of plastic surgery at the University of California, Irvine, and has received numerous awards and publications. He served as the past Chairman of Plastic Surgery at Hoag Memorial Hospital in Newport Beach, California.
